Pendahuluan

KRISIS dapat terjadi pada siapa saja dan kapan saja, berpotensi merusak reputasi dan kerecayaan publik, melemahkan kinerja bisnis dan mengurangi nilai saham serta kredibilitas di mata investor. Krisis biasanya mempunyai dampak seketika, yang akan berdampak pada situasi yang semakin tidak menguntungkan secara signifikan.

Apakah perusahaan atau organisasi akan mengalami dampak yang tidak menguntungkan pada saaat mengalami krisis? 9. Describe the important roles of the public relations in time of the crisis
10. Provide knowledge on indications, disturbances or issues pertaining to the crisis
