OTHM adalah lembaga sertifikasi atau badan pemberi penghargaan (award body) yang berbasis di Inggris dan diatur oleh Ofqual.
Sertifikat OTHM diakui di universitas-universitas di Inggris, Amerika Serikat, Kanada, Australia, dan Uni Eropa. Kualifikasi ini memungkinkan pemegang sertifikat untuk melanjutkan studi atau bekerja di negara-negara tersebut.
