Pemeliharaan preventif adalah sistem pemeliharaan yang sangat handal untuk
mencegah beberapa masalah tiba-tiba atau kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi pada
alat-alat pabrik / peralatan. Kesulitan mendadak adalah hal yang sangat
potensial yang menyebabkan kerugian besar dalam proses produksi.
Efek dari masalah ini adalah beberapa kegagalan untuk mencapai target
produksi, kurangnya personil, suku cadang tidak siap, dll Pencegahan dan
prediktif pemeliharaan sistem aplikasi mulai dari standar mengatur, kegiatan
perencanaan, realisasi pengawasan, dan, sebagai garis finish, mengevaluasi dan
menganalisis hasilnya pemeliharaan itu.
Tujuan
- Mengembangkan, menerapkan dan mengawasi program pemeliharaan pencegahan
dan prediktif.
