- Dasar2 operation management : kenapa perlu & penting untuk memahami operation management, operation management & supply chain, operation management dan daya saing
- Dasar2 planning : prinsip planning, proses business planning, manufacturing planning & control
- Forecasting : apakah demand, 4 level forecasting, proses forecasting, quantative & qualitative forecasting, exponential smooting, time series decomposition, causal technique
- Demand management: komponen demand management, evaluasi forecast, mengukur forecast error, mean absolute deviation, standard deviation, forecast bias, tracking signal, customer relationship management, order management, order promising, customer service management.
- Hari ke-2
- Sales & operation planning (S&OP) : urutan proses S&OP, menentukan product family, input S&OP, format S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, pre S&OP meeting, executive S&OP meeting, manfaat S&OP
- Agregate operation planning: marketing & sales planning process, product volume/profit analysis, forecast dis aggregation, productio strategy, level, chase strategy, resource planning process
- Master scheduling : master scheduling process flow, manufacturing requirement, scheduling approach, input master schedule, S&OP dan master schedule
- Proses master scheduling : peran master scheduler/planner, mengelola forecast, time fence, action message, rough cut capacity plan (RCCP), RCCP leveling
- Operation system: peran IT, manfaat IT, apakah ERP?
